Customer Service Purgatory part 2

The number I was transferred to so I could discuss our warranty turns out to be technical service. I speak to a very patient man who explains parts and equipment are under warranty, but not installation. I asked him if every month a camera goes out, lorex will cover the camera but will still charge us to have an installer come out and he says basically, yes.

He told me to take up my issue with the warranty department.

I think: do I want to call the warranty department and be put on hold for another half hour? Or do I want to start an angry blog? I go for the latter.
